Hi friends! Here’s a blog specially addressed to Advanced Level learners of English at Aracena Official School of Languages (or EOI Aracena), but of course open to all visitors who might be interested in its contents, so please feel welcome here (and thanks for dropping by, whoever you are!).
Basically, the blog includes information about our classes (activities we’ve done in them, homework assignments given, notices, key to worksheets etc.); together with that, it compiles links to online resources which should be helpful for learners of English, including online dictionaries, websites with listening-comprehension exercises, online games, songs, articles and many more (see full menu on the right).
Needless to say, the most interesting sections of this blog are those in which our students are asked to contribute their own texts — for instance, when a survey is carried out (so we can really know how the students feel about different issues of general interest), or when they’re asked to write comments to blog posts (so other students can read them, also comment on them, etc). Stay tuned and you will regularly find new topics for discussion. Don’t hesitate to post your feelings about them — it’ll always be a pleasure to read what you have to say (in English, of course) about each of them. Please, always use your real name when you write a comment on this blog. That will make it easier for your teacher to contact you if he needs to give you some kind of feedback.
That’s all for now. It’ll always be a pleasure to read your contributions to this blog — welcome again!
